The mentorship program is a structured process through which a qualified mentor in your chosen area will give you advice on how to excel to your peak performance. Mentors will help you develop a positive mind-set which will help you to maximise your full potential.

The mentorship program has three stages –

Stage 1 - Need assessment: Once you contact with us, we will discuss your needs and assess your requirements. We will select the correct mentorship program based on your requirement.

Stage 2 - Mentoring stage: In this stage, the mentorship program will continue as per the agreed upon time between mentor and the mentee. Typically, a mentorship program lasts from 1 month to 3 months.

Stage 3 - Post mentorship: In this final stage, after completion of the mentorship program, we will reassess the improvement and try to understand whether the mentorship program has helped you to improve your performance. If the program has not been effective, we will discuss with you how can we help you further to improve your performance. 

Our mentors are superstars in their own fields. They have achieved superior performance through hard work, dedication and lived-experience. So, they are exactly in the right position to give you proper guidance and being a ‘guide by your side’.

After the mentorship program ends, the mentors will still keep in touch with you regularly to check your progress. You can also keep in touch with the mentors and stay connected for always. Your mentor will remain a regular source of your support and inspiration.

If you are not happy with the mentorship program, then you can get in touch with us. We will then try to reassess your needs and assign you with a new mentor.
